My Autobiography

My name is Charles Vic Rian B. Cacabelos, I was born on September 16, 2005, in Ilagan City, Isabela. I am the son of Cynthia and Vic Ryan, who met in Manila City while they were both studying in college. I began my education at Chung Hua Institute in Ilagan City, Isabela, where I studied from Kindergarten 1 to Grade 4.
For Grade 5, I transferred to Nansing School in Cauayan City, Isabela, and then returned to Chung Hua Institute for Grade 6. I continued my secondary education at Our Lady of the Pillar College–Cauayan, where I completed both junior and senior high school. During senior high school, I took the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand and successfully graduated.
During my junior high school years, I became a member of an organization called the Order of DeMolay. At first, I had little understanding of how much this organization would influence my life. As time passed, I gradually discovered its values, purpose, and the opportunities it offered for personal growth. Becoming a member was one of the most meaningful decisions I made during my teenage years.
After several years of dedication and active participation, I was honored to be elected as the Master Councilor, the highest youth leadership position within our chapter. Serving in this role was both a privilege and a great responsibility. My term was filled with challenges, obstacles, and moments of self-doubt, but each experience taught me valuable lessons about leadership, teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
Looking back, I realize that every struggle I encountered helped shape me into a more confident and responsible individual. The Order of DeMolay not only strengthened my leadership abilities but also instilled in me the importance of integrity, service, respect, and brotherhood. The experiences and friendships I gained through the organization continue to inspire me and have become an important part of the person I am today.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, majoring in Network and Security, at Isabela State University – Cauayan Campus. As an IT student, I am continuously developing my knowledge and skills in networking, cybersecurity, and technology. My goal is to become a competent IT professional who can contribute to the advancement of the technology industry while continuously learning and growing in my chosen field.
